The website is not medical advice

Everything on this site — service pages, blog articles, FAQs — is general information about dentistry. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not advice about your particular situation.

Only an examination at the clinic can tell you what treatment you need. Please do not delay seeing a dentist, or act against advice you have already been given, because of something you read here. If you are in severe pain, bleeding heavily, or have swelling that is spreading or affecting your breathing or swallowing, treat it as urgent and call us or go to a hospital rather than waiting for an online reply.

Appointment requests

Submitting the booking form sends us a request — it does not reserve a slot. The email you receive immediately afterwards confirms we got your request, not that the appointment is booked.

Our team will contact you, normally within 24 hours, to agree a time and confirm the appointment. Your booking is only confirmed once we have spoken to you. The date and time you pick on the form are a preference, and we may offer you an alternative if that slot is taken or if your treatment needs more time than it allows.

Changing or cancelling an appointment

If you cannot attend, please tell us as early as you can by phone or WhatsApp so the slot can go to someone else. Repeatedly missing confirmed appointments without notice may mean we ask you to confirm future bookings differently.

We will contact you as soon as possible if we ever have to move your appointment.

Information you give us

Please give accurate contact details, and tell us honestly about your medical history, medication, allergies and pregnancy when asked, whether online or at the clinic. Some of that information changes what treatment is safe for you.

If you book on behalf of someone else — a child, a parent, a patient you care for — you confirm you are entitled to share their details with us and to arrange care for them.

Fees and estimates

Any prices shown on this site, including in blog articles and price guides, are indicative ranges to help you plan. They are not a quotation and they are not binding.

The actual cost depends on what your examination finds — the condition of the tooth, the materials used, and how many visits the treatment takes. You will be given an estimate before treatment begins, and we will discuss any change to it with you before continuing.

Treatment results and images

Before-and-after images, case photographs and patient stories on this site show real outcomes for those individual patients, shared with their permission. Dentistry is not uniform: your anatomy, oral health, healing and aftercare all affect your result.

Nothing shown here is a promise of a particular outcome for you. Your dentist will tell you what is realistic in your case before you agree to treatment.

Patient reviews

Reviews on this site come from our Google Business Profile and are shown as their authors wrote them. We do not write, commission or edit reviews, and we do not remove one simply for being critical.

Reviews reflect individual experiences and opinions, and are not a guarantee of the care any other patient will receive.

Using our content

The text, photographs, logo, branding and design of this site belong to Smile Mender Dental Clinic or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own personal use.

Please do not republish our content, copy our clinical photographs, or use our name or logo commercially without asking us first.

Links and embedded content

Some pages link to or embed content from other services, such as maps, videos and WhatsApp. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site available and its information current, but we cannot promise it will always be reachable or free of errors. Pages may be changed, moved or taken down, and prices, services and opening hours can change. Please call us if something matters to your decision and you want to be sure it is current.

Limits on our responsibility

We are responsible for the dental care we provide to you, and nothing in these terms limits that or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

What these terms do limit is our responsibility for the website itself — for example, loss caused by the site being unavailable, by a form submission not reaching us because of a delivery failure, or by relying on general information here instead of getting an examination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Gujranwala, Punjab have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of this website.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the clinic or the website changes. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
