Information we collect

We only collect information you type into a form yourself. The site has no account system and no login.

When you book an appointment we ask for:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your age and gender
• The treatment you are enquiring about, and whether the appointment is for you or someone else
• Your preferred date and time
• Any notes you choose to add about your dental concern

Contact enquiries

When you use the contact form we ask for your name, email address, phone number and your message. Only the email address and phone number are required, so that we can reply.

Why we collect it

We use this information for one purpose: to respond to you and to arrange dental care. Specifically, to confirm and schedule your appointment, to answer your enquiry, and to prepare for your visit.

We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell, rent or trade them to anyone.

How your information is handled

Form submissions are sent directly to the clinic email inbox. The website does not keep a database of enquiries or bookings, so the information exists in our email and, once you attend, in your dental record at the clinic.

Email is delivered through our hosting provider mail service. The website is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify individual visitors.

Health information

Notes you add to a booking may describe a dental problem, and that is health-related information. Please share only what you are comfortable putting into an online form. Anything sensitive is better discussed at your appointment or over the phone, and leaving it out of the form does not affect the care you receive.

Patient reviews

Our reviews page shows reviews left on our Google Business Profile. These are public reviews their authors posted on Google, and we display the reviewer name, rating, comment and profile photo as Google provides them.

We do not write or edit reviews. If you left a review and want it removed from our site, contact us and we will take it down. Removing it from Google itself has to be done from your own Google account.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and it does not set marketing cookies. Some pages load Google Fonts and embedded content such as videos and maps; those services may set their own cookies and receive your IP address when that content loads.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept as long as they are useful for your care and for our records, and are deleted when they no longer are. Clinical records created during treatment are retained under the professional standards that apply to dental practice in Pakistan.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond. There is no charge for this.

Children

We treat children, and a parent or guardian is expected to make the booking and give consent. We do not knowingly collect information directly from a child through this website.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date shown at the top.
